Most internet purchases are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations, which give consumer buyers the right to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day they receive the item. You are legally obliged to inform consumers about their right of cancellation before the purchase.
  • Returns accepted for this item.

  • Additional return policy details: Item must be returned unused in its original packaging within 7 days for a refund for the purchase price of the item minus the shipping costs. The item must also be returned at your own cost and no refund will be given un till i have received the item, there fore it is advisable to send it recorded delivery so you and i both know that it has been returned and signed for.

  • NO REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN ON PERSONALISED ITEMS EG IF YOU HAVE REQUESTED AN ENGRAVED MESSAGE ETC.

  • We do not keep a stock of plectrums on the premises all of our plectrums are made to order, you   can  come to the workshop to order but there will be very few plectrums available to view , please ring in advance if you want to visit the workshop to place an order.

  • If ordering from the workshop directly we cannot accept card payments it will be CASH ONLY, you can pay by paypal via the website.
